I Rx’d

I work out at my home gym. I love the solitude and my heavy metal music. If I were to be honest, my heavy metal music is heavier than the weights I lift. Last year was my first time doing the Open. I competed in the scaled category, and I was horrible. In my mind I had more excuses than the number of reps I did for why I sucked at it.  But knowing I was bad at gymnastics, endurance and Olympic lifting, I didn’t give up on doing the open in 2022. Hello World

Hello world! The journey started when my wife was 8 months pregnant with our first born. She wanted me to be a six pac dad. I’m happy to say that after exactly 4 years since that day, I am a proud owner of a spectacular dad bod.  Even though I didn’t achieve a great physic, within these 4 years I have become obsessed with anything fitness. From the strange shit I did, to the fitness obsessions that I have. To all the dumb injuries that I had, to all the key moments in my life, this blog is to document my journey until now, and to where it will be headed.  Having a Dad Bod while being a dad makes much more sense than having one without being a dad.  Gonna tackle this blog one dumbbell at a time.
